This is an excellent treatment for anyone with TMJ dysfunction; clenching, grinding, chronic headaches, whiplash or persistent sinus pressure.

Bone-Washing a hybrid of Reiki and hands on treatment.
It is a method where we can restore vitality to the body - and spirit. We release old wounds, recover from both physical and emotional trauma and ease into a new, more open state of being.

She brings her extensive knowledge of different massage techniques and a deep understanding of the human body's intricacies, allowing her to tailor each session to address specific concerns and needs.
Ina is a visual artist, musician and a mother. All of these facets and life experiences inform her treatment approach. With her caring touch and intuition, Ina creates a space where clients can let go of tension, unwind their minds, and reconnect with their bodies.
